Semana 101

Dear Elder Lutze,

How was the Blanca Tarde?  We continue to pray for your safety and success! No regrets keep working hard to the end.

Rachael moves out this week and is still waiting on the Air Force to pay out. Please pray for her.

Foster and Hannah are sleep deprived. Foster received in-state tuition this year so they are getting a $10,000 refund. He also received another scholarship for $1000. So blessed!

Natalie has been home for about a week. She’s eaten dinner with me twice and watched movies with me twice. She told me thank you when I helped her put her food away. I want to say who are you and what have you done with my daughter?  I’m so happy. That’s all I’ve ever wanted is to spend more time with her.

Andrew and Scott both spoke today in Sacrament meeting. Scott spoke mostly about the Book of Mormon and Andrew about having a solid foundation for our testimony. I didn’t realize Andrew was so funny. They did a great job!

I gave my lesson today to the young women on faith in Christ. I related my recent experience in getting home to how we need to have faith which equals action which equals miracles. I stood in a two hour line said prayers for the flight attendants stood in another 4 1/2 hour line booked a rental car and prayed that we would be on the flight to Salt Lake and in the end  God moved the mountain in front of us!!! Faith requires action and obedience to receive the miracle!
