Semana 89

Dear Elder Lutze, 

I love you! I’m sorry I’ve not been a good letter writer the last few weeks! I’m repenting today! So many people love your letters. The Cunningham’s thank me every Sunday for sending them to them. Today the Southwicks thanked me and told me what a great spirit you have. He told me that he actually forwards your letters to his grandkids that are on missions. Your influence is not just in your mission. I hope you know that. 

This week was busy getting back into life. Dad and I also attended two plays - Hello Girls and May We All. The second one was a country musical. Well done play, but Dad wasn’t so sure about the country music.  We’ve been spending time with Foster, Hannah, Diver, and Hunter before they move this coming weekend. We leave early Saturday morning with a truck and 2 cars. Caleb is coming as well to help drive. Here we come Texas!

I’ve been pondering my relationship with Jesus Christ. One because of the picture below (found her in a Dubrovnik, Croatia monastery) … Mary is supposed to be holding Christ but he’s crumbled away over time. I never want my relationship with Him to be that way. So I must always be acting in faith in relation to Him, always keeping Him in the center of my life, and always keeping my covenants. I was also recently filling out a ‘Get to Know You’ questionnaire and when I came to what famous person would you like to speak to and spend time with I thought of Jesus Christ. Wouldn’t that be amazing?!And yet through prayer and personal revelation we can have just a little bit of that now in our lives.
